Vendor Information, Rules & Conduct
Booth Setup & Hours
Load‑in: 9:00 AM–10:15 AM
Booth must be ready by 10:30 AM
Event hours: 10:30 AM–3:30 PM
Load‑out begins after 3:30 PM (no early pack‑up)
Booth Requirements
Vendors must provide their own table, chairs, canopy, and display items.
Vendors must ensure their display equipment (tables, stands, chairs, canopy legs, etc) stays within the assigned 10’x10’ space.
10’x10’ canopies may only be used in designated spaces (additional fee).
Spaces will be marked by HART before vendors are admitted to the venue.
Vendors will not have access to electricity. Vendors may bring additional lighting (battery-operated) to showcase their products.
Courtyard booths are discounted because they are located outside rain or shine.
Booth Limitations
No open flames, incense, or hazardous materials.
Food vendors must have appropriate permits.
No amplified sound at booths.
Booth activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the event.
Conduct & Compliance
Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring their tables/ booths are continually manned and intact until the event closes at 3:30 pm.
Each vendor is responsible for his/her representatives. Professional behavior is required at all times.
Vendors must ensure their display equipment (tables, stands, chairs, canopy legs, etc) stays within the assigned 10’ or 10’ space.
Vendors will not have access to electricity. Vendors may bring additional lighting (battery-operated) to showcase their products.
Before leaving, be sure your area is clean and trash-free.
Only one (1) business per booth; space may not be sublet or shared.
